Complete a Service Request Form. Please feel free to attach or send any files (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .xml) that may further explain your project objectives and service needs.
We will then communicate with you via email or phone within 48 hours so that we will have a full understanding of the project and that we may estimate the time and effort needed for the project. This initial consultation is free of charge.
Following this, we will then prepare and provide a contract for services for you to review, sign, and return. The contract will entail hourly rates for services and an estimate of the time needed to complete the project.
Before we commence with work on a project, a 40% retainer must be paid. After project completion (i.e., after deliverables are provided), a final invoice will be sent to you with a charge for the remaining balance. The remaining balance will due within 30 days of project completion (after the deliverables are provided).
For statistical and data mining projects, as well as the results of evaluation and demographic research, we will produce a report that will include a clearly written executive summary, the purpose of the study, and a description of the results, along with tables and/or graphs. For methodological work (including evaluation research, research design, & data management) the report will include a clear description of the methods used. If, after reviewing the report, you need a greater understanding of the data, methods, and/or results, we will provide follow-up consultation.
From the initial consultation and throughout your project, we take a collaborative approach by listening closely to your needs and communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing. After the project is completed, we follow up to ensure that you understand the results, and how those results may be applied for maximum benefit.
